Khammam, Jan. 13 -- Telangana Revenue, Housing and I&PR Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Tuesday came down heavily on BRS leaders, accusing them of making "nonsensical statements" after being unable to digest their defeat in the recent Gram Panchayat elections.
Addressing a felicitation programme for newly elected sarpanches at Rani Celebrations Convention Hall in Sathupalli in Khammam district, the Minister said those attempting to provoke people for political gain would face a strong public backlash.
"If you create a fire pit, the people will push you into that very fire pit," he warned.
