Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 13 -- Congress Working Committee member Ramesh Chennithala has formally approached the Kerala Assembly Speaker with a notice alleging breach of privilege against Devaswom Minister V.N. Vasavan.

In the letter addressed to the Speaker, Chennithala asserted that the Minister presented mutually contradictory and inaccurate statements in the Kerala Legislative Assembly concerning the expenditure incurred from the Travancore Devaswom Board for organizing the Global Ayyappa Sangamam held at Pamba in September 2025.
