Liverpool, Feb. 11 -- AFC Bournemouth staged a second-half comeback to defeat 10-man Everton 2-1 in their Premier League encounter at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Tuesday.

Goals from Rayan and Amine Adli within three minutes after the hour mark overturned Iliman Ndiaye's first-half penalty and handed Andoni Iraola's side all three points, as per the Premier League website.

Everton had started brightly and saw an early goal ruled out for offside. The hosts were then handed a lifeline when Thierno Barry failed to convert from close range after goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic spilled a long-range free-kick from James Garner.
