Pune, Feb. 5 -- In a significant legal development involving allegations of financial misconduct, the Bombay High Court has granted regular bail to an accused Majid Usman Attar during the pendency of trial based on the nature of the offence.
The case arises from a 2024 FIR registered at the Kondhwa Police Station in Pune, involving allegations of cheating and misappropriation of investments totalling approximately Rs 1.53 crore. The applicant was represented before the High Court by Advocate Aashuutosh Srivastava, who argued the case for regular bail.
