Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- The Bombay High Court on Tuesday granted bail to an accused in the 2011 Mumbai triple blasts case while agreeing with the defence contention of prolonged incarceration and delayed trial as reasons for the relief.

While granting bail to accused Nadim Akhtar Shaikh, 14 years after he was arrested in the 2011 Mumbai triple blasts case, the division bench of Justices Ajey S Gadkari and Shyam C Chandak directed him to furnish a bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties of the same amount.
