Kolhapur, Oct. 14 -- Bombay High Court's Kolhapur Circuit Bench Justice Shivkumar Dige today sanctioned bail to suspected accused Dr Virendra Tawade, Sharad Kalaskar and Amol Kale, in the murder case of Communist Party of India(CPI) leader Govind Pansare.
In a hearing in the Kolhapur Circuit Bench today, Bench justice Dige granted bail to the three suspected accused after their nine years and six months arrest.
Suspect Dr Tavade was granted bail in 2018 by the Kolhapur court, but following not being granted bail in the Dr Narendra Dabholkar murder case, he was in Pune jail.
