Mumbai, Oct. 10 -- The Bombay High Court has granted bail to a transgender, accused of sexually assaulting a minor, citing medical grounds, as the accused is living with HIV and undergoing antiretroviral therapy.
The accused, employed as a helper at an institution, was booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in September 2023 for the alleged assault on a minor at the facility.
