Kollam (Kerala), Oct. 24 -- The mortal remains of Sreerag Radhakrishnan (35), a resident of Naduvilakara in Thevalakkara, who perished in a boat tragedy off the Mozambique coast, are scheduled to arrive in India today.

Sreerag was among 21 passengers, including 14 Indians, travelling on a service boat that overturned near Beira Port on October 16 while ferrying crew members to the oil tanker MT Sea Quest for maintenance duties.

His body was found on October 20 after an intensive search operation launched by Mozambique's maritime authorities and rescue teams. The remains are being flown to Mumbai, from where they will be sent to his hometown in Kollam after completing Customs and immigration procedures for the final rites.
