Bhopal, June 2 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday expressed his condolences to the bereaved family Raja Raghuvanshi, a resident of Indore, whose body was found in Meghalaya earlier in the day.

Taking to social media, Yadav said the news of Raja's death has made him "extremely sad". He also stated that the state government is working closely with the Meghalaya authorities to locate Raja's wife Sonam.

Raja's body was found nearly a fortnight after he and his wife, Sonam, went missing while on a trip to Shillong.

The couple had recently got married and traveled to Meghalaya for their honeymoon.
