Ranchi, Dec. 31 -- Block-level Health Fairs will be organised across 264 blocks of Jharkhand from January 6 to 10, 2026, with an aim to provide free health check-ups, awareness and medicines to the public.
During the fairs, free screening, counselling and medicine distribution related to tuberculosis, malaria, family planning and other health services will be provided. Ayushman Bharat cards and ABHA cards will be created and distributed on the spot.
People will also be informed about AYUSH systems of medicine. Facilities for blood pressure, blood sugar and eye check-ups, along with distribution of spectacles, will be available.
