New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Virendra Sachdeva today welcomed the Election Commission's nationwide Special Intensive Revision (SIR) programme while accusing opposition parties of facilitating voter fraud.
Addressing the media here , Sachdeva claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress have been "consistently involved in creating fake votes in Delhi" over the past two decades through what he described as tempting promises and fraudulent registrations.
He alleged that both Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal are opposing the SIR to retain "infiltrator voters" who might support them.
