Mumbai, Feb. 7 -- BJP state media department head Navnath Ban said it was unfortunate that, for the first time in the country's history, the Prime Minister did not get a secure and dignified atmosphere to deliver his speech in the Lok Sabha. He stated that the BJP unequivocally condemns the incident.

Ban alleged that instead of staging a democratic protest within parliamentary norms, Congress MPs moved close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's seat and indulged in conduct that could have endangered his safety.
