Ranchi, Aug. 30 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) OBC Morcha today held its state-level meeting at the BJP state office in Ranchi, chaired by state president Dr. Amardeep Yadav.
BJP state president and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi addressed the gathering, accusing the Jharkhand government of authoritarianism, poor law and order, and rampant corruption.
He alleged that the government was deliberately delaying OBC reservation in Panchayat and municipal elections and vowed that the BJP would resist any such attempts.
State working president Dr. Ravindra Kumar Rai described the OBC Morcha as a strong organisational front and emphasised uniting backward communities to ensure access to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's welfare schemes....
