New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- BJP's National President Nitin Nabin joined Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday in flagging off 500 new electric buses from Ramlila Maidan, marking the first anniversary of the BJP government led by CM Gupta and also a major boost to Delhi's public transport system. On the occasion, an inter-state electric bus service between Delhi and Panipat was also formally launched.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that with the addition of 500 new e-buses, Delhi has now become the state with the largest electric bus fleet in the country.
