Bengaluru, Oct. 17 -- Opposition leader in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah on Saturday alleged that the ruling BJP government headed by Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa has totally failed to come to the rescue of the people affected in devastating flood in North Karnataka Districts.
"Despite opposition parties urging for relief works in flood hit areas, the ruling party, including Chief Minister and Ministers indulged in by-election campaign without caring to come to the rescue of the affected.
