Imphal, Feb. 3 -- Amid renewed efforts to restore an elected government in Manipur, a new leader will be chosen soon to head the new government.
A BJP leader said that the party's Parliamentary Board has appointed Tarun Chugh as the central observer to oversee the election of the BJP legislative party leader in Manipur, a formal step in preparing for the installation of the new government.
