Hyderabad, Jan. 9 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana Vice President Dr Kasam Venkateshwarlu on Friday strongly condemned the alleged police action against unemployed youth during peaceful protests in the city, accusing the Congress government of betraying its election promises.

Addressing a press conference at the BJP state office, Dr Venkateshwarlu questioned whether demanding jobs had become a crime under the Congress regime led by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
