Hyderabad, Feb. 1 -- BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao on Saturday launched a sharp attack on the Congress government, alleging a complete failure of governance and claiming that there was virtually no administration in the municipalities across the state.

Speaking to the media at the BJP state office here, Ramchander Rao accused the Congress of continuing the corruption practices of the previous BRS regime and failing miserably in implementing the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS).

He questioned the whereabouts of nearly Rs 250 crore collected under the scheme and said lakhs of applicants were still awaiting justice.
