Hyderabad, March 19 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated Ugadi, marking the advent of Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsara, with traditional fervour at its State Office, where a Panchanga Sravanam (almanac reading) was organised.
The programme was attended by BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao, union Minister G Kishan Reddy, State Organisational General Secretary Chandrashekhar Tiwari, along with party leaders and workers.
Extending Ugadi greetings, Ramchander Rao expressed hope that the New Year would bring peace, prosperity, and development to the people of Telangana.
