Bengaluru, March 25 -- The Karnataka BJP on Wednesday alleged that Snehamayi Krishna, the complainant in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case, is being harassed, while claiming that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's decision to return the disputed MUDA sites signals an implicit admission of wrongdoing.
BJP State President Vijayendra Yediyurappa said the activist has faced pressure and was recently arrested in unrelated cases, describing the actions as retaliation for raising allegations against the CM and his family regarding illegal land allotments.
