Bhubaneswar, Feb. 10 -- The Biju Yuva Janata Dal and Biju Chhatra Janata Dal on Tuesday warned of a statewide democratic agitation if the Odisha government fails to fill vacant Vice-Chancellor posts in state universities by the last week of February 2026.
The youth and student wings of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) alleged that the higher education system in Odisha has been steadily deteriorating since the BJP assumed power in the state.
