Patna, Dec. 5 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced on Friday that the state government will create three new departments to meet its target of providing jobs and employment to one crore young people over the next five years (2025-30).

In a message posted on X, he said that to achieve this goal, it is essential to expand skill-development training for youth and ensure access to quality higher and technical education.

Kumar added that intensive monitoring will also be required.
