Patna, Jan. 27 -- Bihar Sports Minister Shreyasi Singh, who is in Tashkent as part of the Indian delegation to attend the 46th Annual General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), paid a heartfelt tribute to former Prime Minister late Lal Bahadur Shastri.
The delegation including Director General cum Chief Executive Officer of the Bihar State Sports Authority Ravindran Shankaran and Secretary of the Sports Department Mahendra Kumar led by Singh reached Tashkent where they offered homage to the former Prime Minister and paid tribute at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Corner in Tashkent.
