Gayaji, March 20 -- : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said that the state is moving fast on the path of development under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government.

Addressing a gathering at Mayapur in Tankuppa block of Gayaji district during his 'Samriddhi Yatra', Kumar said that before 2005, Bihar was marked by misgovernance and lack of focus on development. However, after the NDA government came to power, the rule of law was established and the state began progressing rapidly.

He said the government has expanded schemes in education, healthcare, roads, employment and women's empowerment. Large-scale recruitment of teachers, establishment of medical colleges, and employment opportunities for millions have been ensured. ...
