Kolkata, April 3 -- The West Bengal police have arrested Advocate Mofakkarul Islam, said to be the mastermind behind the incident in Malda district where seven judicial officers were gheraoed for hours, Election Commission of India (ECI)sources said on Friday.
Mofakkarul was nabbed by the police at Bagdogra Airport in North Bengal when he was trying to flee, the sources said.
