Patna, May 4 -- Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that the party's "historic victory" in West Bengal symbolises the people's rejection of "arrogance, terror and oppression" and their endorsement of development and good governance.
Sinha said here that after a prolonged ideological struggle, sustained organisational efforts and the sacrifices of countless party workers, the BJP has finally emerged victorious in Bengal.
