Madrid, Nov. 30 -- FC Barcelona rose to top of La Liga with a 3-1 win at home to Deportivo Alaves.

Pablo Ibanez stunned the Camp Nou with the opening goal for Alaves in the first minute of the match, but a fit-again Raphinha made the difference for Barcelona, with the Brazilian first setting up Lamine Yamal for a simple finish in the eighth minute and then pulling the ball back for Dani Olmo to put Barcelona ahead after 26 minutes on Saturday.

Olmo scored his second goal of the match in injury time as Barcelona was able to put its midweek's UEFA Champions League defeat to Chelsea in the past.

The win lifted Barcelona two points ahead of Real Madrid, who visits Girona on Sunday.
