Shillong, Aug. 12 -- One of the six Bangladeshi intruders, suspected to be involved in stabbing an Indian villager in Meghalaya, succumbed to his injuries sustained in a mob attack, police said today. The deceased, identified as Akram from Jenaghati village under Sherpur district of Bangladesh, was captured and trashed by villagers of Kaitha Kona yesterday evening. "Akram was declared dead at Khunjoy Primary Health Centre yesterday evening," Banraplang Jyrwa, the district police chief of South West Khasi Hills, told UNI.
