Dhaka, Nov. 17 -- Hours after the ruling of its special court system, the ICT (International Crimes Tribunal), condemning former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the gallows, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on Monday said it will formally send a letter to the Indian Government seeking the repatriation of both Hasina and former Home Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.
However, Foreign Affairs Advisor Md Touhid Hossain did not specify a date for sending the letter.

"We will officially communicate our position to India. Whether the letter goes tonight or tomorrow, it will certainly go," Hossain said at a press briefing at the ministry building.
