Dhaka, Feb. 12 -- The Bangladesh Election Commission on Wedesday began distributing election materials, including ballot boxes, to all the polling centres established across the country ahead of the twin polls for the upcoming 13th national parliamentary elections and the July Charter referendum, scheduled to take place Thursday.

According to the commission's schedule, ballot boxes are expected to reach polling centres in the capital, along with all other major metropolitan areas, by the evening.

Across distribution centres, polling officials, along with members of law enforcement agencies, and Ansar, are receiving election materials for their respective centres, while reviewing the final security arrangements and electoral code of conduc...
