Jammu, Feb. 21 -- India and Pakistan on Friday agreed to maintain the sanctity of the renewed ceasefire agreement for peace along the borders at a Brigadier-Level Flag Meeting held at Chakkan-da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources here said that given recent border tension, a Brigadier-Level Flag Meeting was held between India and Pakistan this morning.
"The meeting was held in a very cordial atmosphere and lasted for more than one-hour," said official sources.
They stated that both sides agreed to honour the ceasefire pact renewed on February 25, 2021, for calm and peaceful borders.
