Mumbai, Feb. 23 -- YM Infra, and Ashwin Sheth Group, has announced the launch of a 74-storey luxury residential tower, One Marina, at Marine Lines, South Mumbai, according to a statment issued here on Sunday.
Spanning ~1.5 million sq. ft. with an estimated GDV of Rs 2,800 crore, the project is set to become the tallest residential tower in its micro-market and a notable addition to South Mumbai's premium housing landscapeThe development will offer 2, 3 and 4-bed residences along with duplexes and penthouses, with ticket sizes ranging from Rs 7 crore to Rs 45 crore.
