New Delhi, April 6 -- Former Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, along with several other former accused, has filed a recusal plea in the Delhi High Court, seeking to have Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma step aside from hearing the case related to the alleged liquor policy scam in Delhi.
The case pertains to Delhi's alleged Excise Policy Scam case. Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has acquitted all the accused in the matter. Later, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), moved to Delhi High Court challenging the order of the Delhi High Court.
Kejriwal has requested that judge should be changed. And for this he moved a plea as well.
