Itanagar, Feb. 4 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Wednesday expressed deep anguish over the tragic demise of Chow Chikseng Manpang of Manfaiseng village in Namsai district, who was serving as Head Constable (WT) at Roing Police Station.
According to reports, the head constable lost his life after being attacked by a tiger in the Mayudia area of Lower Dibang Valley district on Monday while returning to Roing after performing official duty at Anini. The mutilated body of the police personnel was recovered from the Mayudia area on Tuesday.
