Itanagar, April 3 -- In a continued crackdown on drug trafficking, the Naharlagun Police under the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) seized 31 vials of heroin and apprehended two individuals during a targeted operation in Nirjuli on Thursday.
Police said on Friday that acting on reliable inputs about transportation of contraband from Banderdewa, a police team led by Inspector Tadu Hassang, Officer-in-Charge of Nirjuli Police Station, launched an operation under the supervision of Naharlagun Superintendent of Police Dr Nyelam Nega.
