Itanagar, March 30 -- The Government of Arunachal Pradesh showcased the state's rich and diverse culinary heritage at the prestigious Times Food & Nightlife Awards held at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake on Sunday night.
Representing the state, a dedicated stall featured a curated selection of traditional vegetarian dishes including Amin, Chambai, Tasse, black rice, and Churpi, along with an assortment of condiments prepared from indigenous herbs.
The exhibit highlighted the unique flavours, ingredients, and culinary traditions of Arunachal Pradesh.
