Itanagar, Aug. 21 -- The Arunachal Pradesh Police has reiterated its uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against drug abuse and trafficking, making it clear that no individual-civilian or personnel-will be spared if found involved.
The police confirmed the arrest of an India Reserve Battalion (IRBn) personnel after a video showing him with suspected drugs surfaced on social media. Officials informed that the arrest was carried out following due legal procedures.
Appealing for public cooperation for the ongoing campaign against drugs, the APP urged citizens to promptly report any information related to drugs on the emergency helpline number 112.
