Itanagar, Jan. 19 -- As part of the 77th Republic Day celebrations, painting and essay writing competitions were conducted at Lok Bhavan, here, on Monday.
The events were organized by the Governor's Secretariat and witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of schoolchildren.
Students from various schools, including Donyi Polo Mission School for the Hearing and Visually Impaired, Chimpu, and Oju Mission, Naharlagun, actively took part in the competitions. Their vibrant participation added colour, creativity, and inclusivity to the celebrations. The winners will receive their prizes from the Governor at the 'At Home' function.
