Itanagar, Jan. 5 -- Arunachal Pradesh Fisheries Minister Gabriel D Wangsu on Monday proposed a series of measures to strengthen cold-water fisheries and fisheries infrastructure in hill and border States during the 12th Governing Body meeting of the National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) held in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The meeting was chaired by union Minister for Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh, and attended by Ministers of State S P Singh Baghel and George Kurian, Fisheries Ministers from several States, senior officials, and members of the NFDB Governing Body.
