Itanagar, Feb. 15 -- Emphasising the need to link cultural preservation with development, Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein stated that the state is endowed with immense historical and spiritual wealth that must be protected and promoted for future generations.
He informed that the State Government is undertaking initiatives to preserve heritage sites through the development of heritage circuits and historical landmarks, including plans for a proposed Second World War Museum and related routes.
These efforts, he said, would not only safeguard history but also boost tourism and create livelihood opportunities for local youth.
