Itanagar, Feb. 23 -- In a significant political development in Arunachal Pradesh, the entire rank and file of the Arunachal Democratic Party (ADP) formally merged with the Indian National Congress during an induction programme held at the State Congress headquarters here on Monday.

The newly inducted members were welcomed by Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Bosiram Siram in the presence of APCC vice president Adv Abraham Kaya Techi, Organisation & Administration Secretary In-Charge Chera Taya, state general secretaries, frontal organisation leaders, senior party functionaries and members of the media.
