Itanagar, Sept. 6 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Saturday announced that the state will host a five-day Sunrise Festival at Dong in Anjaw district from December 29 to January 2 every year.
Khandu, who landed at Walong and will be visiting Dong, the easternmost village where the first sunray touches Indian soil, said the festival will boost tourism and open new avenues for adventurers and nature lovers.
