Itanagar, Jan. 31 -- The Arunachal Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, on Saturday approved several key decisions aimed at strengthening governance system, improving transparency, enhancing service delivery and promoting inclusive growth across sectors.

The cabinet was convened at Anini, the district headquarters of Dibang Valley, under the state government's flagship Cabinet Aapke Dwar initiative, marking another step towards decentralised and people-centric governance.

To ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB), the Cabinet approved replacing the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 with a Bill.
