Itanagar, Feb. 4 -- The fifth session of the Eighth Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly commenced on Wednesday with the customary address by Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik at the Assembly Hall.
In his address, the Governor highlighted Arunachal Pradesh's steady progress across sectors, underlining the State Government's commitment to inclusive, sustainable and people-centric development.
