Itanagar, Jan. 19 -- In a prelude to the Pangsau Pass International Festival (PPIF) 2026, the Assam Rifles unveiled the crown of the Miss Pangsau Pass International Festival (Miss PPIF) on Sunday. During the event, the Talent Round of the Miss PPIF beauty pageant was also conducted, celebrating youth, culture, and women empowerment from one of India's most remote frontier regions.
A total of 19 contestants from far-flung and border villages, including Motongsa, Namgoi, Balinong, Changlang, and adjoining areas, participated in the talent round.
