Shimla, Oct. 27 -- The aroma of chemical-free products wafted through the ongoing Shimla Flying Festival and Hospitality Expo 2025, which showcases natural products from self-help groups affiliated with a forestry project funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The four-day festival in Junga, near this capital city of Himachal Pradesh, will end on October 28.

Shrestha Nand Sharma, Project Director of the JICA Forestry Project, said, "Today, we are promoting the use of millets to maintain our health. While the use of chemicals certainly increases production, they also have significant disadvantages.
