Itanagar, Feb. 21 -- The Indian Army marked the 40th Statehood Day of Arunachal Pradesh with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour across the Subansiri Valley, including Daporijo and Taksing - the first village in Upper Subansiri district.
Led by the Spearhead Division of Spear Corps, the celebrations witnessed active participation from the Indian Army, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), State Police, civil administration and the local community, reflecting the strong bond between the Armed Forces and civilians in India's frontier regions.
