Mumbai, Feb. 9 -- Renowned playback singer Arijit Singh will be contributing his voice to the upcoming film "Ek Din", Aamir Khan Productions announced on Monday, putting an end to widespread speculation about his return to the Bollywood music industry.
According to the production house, Khan personally collaborated with Singh on the track, which took place in the singer's hometown of Murshidabad.
Previously, speculation had been rife that Khan had visited Singh after he announced a hiatus from his music career in Bollywood, sparking widespread conjecture that the meeting was an effort to persuade him to return.
