Shimla, July 19 -- Former Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Jai Ram Thakur has emphasized the urgent need for area-specific plans to address the widespread destruction caused by natural disasters in Himachal Pradesh.
Thakur today said that certain parts of Mandi district-particularly the constituencies of Nachan, Seraj, Dharampur, and Karsog-have witnessed unprecedented damage, and only targeted, localized projects can effectively support their recovery.
