Jaipur, Sept. 3 -- An appeal against the order of cancellation of the paper leak tainted Police Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment Examination-2021 has been filed in the Rajasthan High Court here today.
The appeal has been submitted in the court by one Vikram Pawar through counselor Alankrita Sharma challenging the High Court single bench of last week.
The case is like likely to be posted in a division bench next week.
The Court's single bench of Justice Sameer Jain on Thursday last week had ordered for cancellation of the examination and all related processes, including the selection of sub-inspectors.
Justice Jain had reserved the judgment after holding a prolonged hearing on the petitions filed by Kailash Chandra and others.
